France - Chambreteau, La Rochelle, Bordeaux to Biscarrosse

We had been seeing these trees everywhere, pruned back to bare nothing, since arriving in France. We thought we had better take a photo so we remebered what they were like and could compare with a month's time to see what they look like once they start to regrow. This park in St Michel Mont Mercure was a good example.
